I had to make a visit on Christmas Eve with my cat that had a swollen & bleeding toe. I did call before going and explained the situation. Being Christmas Eve, it was expensive. After hours, AND it being a holiday…..but I get it and we really needed to go. Also being Christmas Eve, the place was empty and I received quick service. The staff was super friendly. Dr. saw us within minutes. A bandage, antibiotic shot, and a collar of shame, and we were outta there! I appreciate that they were there on a holiday working. I’m a health-care worker myself and spent many holidays working.

Wonderful place to take your pet. They were super friendly and helpful when I had to bring my cat in. Staff was great and helped me to calm down while my cat got help. Overall, I’ll be taking my cat back anytime he needs it

I took my dog Bailey here one week ago today for an emergency Pyometra surgery.
The doctors and staff were 10/10 to us and my sweet Bailey girl. My TWICE spayed Bailey (spayed incorrectly twice by Davis Veterinary Service, PC in Rensselaer Indiana) ended up with pyometra (bacterial infection commonly found in UNSPAYED dogs) and they were super prompt in addressing her and what needed to be done. We will be using this place for all our future vet needs. Thanks for saving my pup’s life!

Contrary to other reviews listed, all the employees that I dealt with were kind and compassionate. We had to put our cat to sleep and they made this emotional decision easier and comforting. A special shout out to the vet tech, Catlin who did an outstanding job comforting me and my cat.

By far, it’s been the best and worst (not any fault of theirs. Just hard to say goodbye to fur babies) place I’ve had to go. They are always so kind and caring. And when I’ve had to bring my two dogs to help them cross the bridge, both unexpectedly, they were the best. They let me have all the time I needed. The baby is resting from surgery. Great place all around!

I am so glad I found this place. I am a new pup mom my puppy was sick but I had no idea what was wrong only to find out he had a viral infection. I was so scared and yes it was fatal had he not got there in time. They cared for my son with thee best of care explained the level of care he needed and now he back to tearing stuff up in my house but I’m so thankful to the team! I learned so much in such a little amount of time.
